Firework Cookies

Fourth of July Cookies

Ingredients:

•	1 package (18.5 ounces) white cake mix
•	2 eggs
•	1/3 cup vegetable oil
•	1/4 cup crushed red-hot cinnamon candies
•	3 to 4 tablespoons (from a 4-serving size box) blueberry gelatin

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir in the crushed cinnamon candies. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets that have been coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with the gelatin. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden. Remove from the cookie sheets to a wire rack to cool.
