Directions:
1 Arrange ribs in a single layer in a 14" X 11" X 2" dish. Brush on one
side with half of sauce. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap.
Cook at 100% for 10 minutes.
2 If using broiler, preheat.
3 Remove meat from oven and uncover. Turn ribs over and brush with
remaining sauce. Re-cover tightly with fresh microwave plastic wrap.
Cook at 100% for 10 minutes.
4 Grill for 4 minutes, turning once, or broil, in broiler pan, 6 inches from heat source for 5 minutes, turning once. Serve hot.
